When you submit information through a Studio Bagnaschino website form, the information may be processed and stored by Wix on my behalf so that I can respond to your enquiry, manage your registration, communicate with you and provide the Services.
Wix provides a Data Processing Agreement for customers using Wix to process personal data. Wix may process personal data in the EU/EEA, Israel and other jurisdictions, subject to applicable data-protection requirements and appropriate safeguards for international transfers.

Canva processes personal data in accordance with applicable privacy laws and provides contractual data-processing mechanisms for certain processing activities where it acts as a processor. Canva also operates internationally and has safeguards for international transfers of European personal data.

8. International Transfers
Some service providers used by Studio Bagnaschino may process personal data outside the European Economic Area (EEA).
Where personal data is transferred to a country outside the EEA that does not have an adequacy decision from the European Commission, I rely on an appropriate legal transfer mechanism, such as Standard Contractual Clauses, together with any additional safeguards required by applicable law.
For example, Wix states that it uses appropriate transfer mechanisms, including Standard Contractual Clauses where required, for relevant international transfers.
9. How Long I Keep Your Data
I retain personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.
Different types of information may therefore be retained for different periods.
Project and client records
Project-related information will generally be retained for as long as necessary to administer the client relationship, provide the Services, resolve potential disputes and meet applicable legal obligations.
Financial and tax records
Invoices and financial records will be retained for the period required by applicable Dutch tax and accounting law.
Marketing communications
Where you have subscribed to marketing communications, your contact information will generally be retained until you unsubscribe or otherwise withdraw your consent, unless another lawful basis applies.
Withdrawal and contractual records
Records relating to contracts, cancellations, statutory withdrawal requests, complaints and other legal matters may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims or to comply with applicable legal obligations.

Access to client information is limited to what is reasonably necessary for the operation of Studio Bagnaschino and the performance of the Services.
No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure. I therefore cannot guarantee absolute security, but I take reasonable measures appropriate to the nature of the information processed.
