Once you submit the registration, you’ll receive the design agreement and deposit invoice. After signing the agreement and paying the deposit, your onboarding begins.

Yes, the Intentional Office package is perfect for creating focused, functional environments for students as well. Yes! Your comfort, posture, and long-term wellbeing are central to the design. I carefully plan desk height, chair placement, lighting, and layout to support healthy working habits while keeping the space stylish and personalised.

A 50% deposit is required to start the project. The remaining 50% is due after Phase 1. You will receive clear payment instructions via email.

By retaining your 14-day right of withdrawal, your project will start 14 days after the design agreement date. If you choose to waive your 14-day right of withdrawal, the project starts immediately and the deposit becomes non-refundable.

You may choose to waive your 14-day right of withdrawal if you wish for work to start immediately. To waive this right, you must tick the checkbox on your design agreement that states: "I request Studio Bagnaschino to begin work immediately and acknowledge that I lose my 14-day right of withdrawal under EU consumer law".

After the 14-day withdrawal period (or once work has started), no cancellations or refunds are possible, as each design service is custom-created for you.
