Yes. The Intentional Home is a complete design service. You’ll receive detailed layouts, elevations, and 3D renderings you can give to contractors, making your renovation feel clear, organised, and well thought out.

That’s fine. This package is also ideal for planning future updates. You’ll receive a cohesive vision and step-by-step guide to gradually upgrade your home when the time is right.

Because a personalised design plan saves you from costly mistakes, hours of scrolling, and second-guessing every choice. Think of it as a roadmap: once you have it, you can shop and style your space on your own timeline, knowing everything works together from the start.

After reviewing your needs, I’ll send you a tailored proposal with a link to complete your registration. There, you can confirm the number of rooms, add-on services, and project details. Once you submit the registration, you’ll receive the design agreement and deposit invoice. After signing the agreement and paying the deposit, your onboarding begins.

A 40% deposit confirms your booking. The next 30% is due after Phase 1, and the remaining 30% after Phase 2. Full details and payment timelines will be clearly outlined when we begin.

Absolutely! If you add additional rooms and/or add-on services when you register, their fees will be included in your total package price, and invoicing will follow the same staged payment plan as your main package. If additional rooms and/or add-ons are added after the project has started, the full fee for each additional room and/or add-on service will be invoiced immediately. Please note that adding additional rooms is only possible for 2-room or 1 open-plan space projects. If you have registered for the 1-room package, you will need to upgrade to the 2-rooms package and pay the difference (€1.000,-): • If request the upgrade during onboarding or Phase 1, 40% (€400,-) of the top-up fee is invoiced immediately; the remaining 60% is added to the Phase 2 invoice (30% = €300,-) and the Phase 3 invoice (30% = €300,-). • If you request the upgrade during Phase 2, 70% (€700,-) of the top-up fee is invoiced immediately; the remaining 30% (€300,-) is added to the Phase 3 invoice. • If you request the upgrade during Phase 3, the full top-up fee (€1,000,-) is invoiced immediately. • The full fee for any additional room(s) is invoiced immediately, regardless of project phase.

Most projects take between 6-8 weeks, depending on scope and your availability. I’ll give you a timeline at the start and guide you calmly through each phase.

Everything is handled remotely: video calls, emails, shared visual boards, and detailed PDFs. You’ll always work directly with me, no apps or middle layers.

A 40% deposit is required to begin. This deposit is refundable only if you cancel within 14 days of signing the design agreement and before any work begins. By retaining your 14-day right of withdrawal, your project will start 14 days after the design agreement date. If you choose to waive your 14-day right of withdrawal, the project starts immediately and the deposit becomes non-refundable. You may choose to waive your 14-day right of withdrawal if you wish for work to start immediately. To waive this right, you must tick the checkbox on your design agreement that states: "I request Studio Bagnaschino to begin work immediately and acknowledge that I lose my 14-day right of withdrawal under EU consumer law". After the 14-day withdrawal period (or once work has started), no cancellations or refunds are possible, as each design service is custom-created for you.
